The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has announced the much-awaited results for the Class 12 board examinations today. The results are now available for viewing on the official websites, wbchse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.
Students can also access their results live on Hindustan’s website, livehindustan.com. The link to check the West Bengal 12th Result is now active on the official website. This year, the overall pass percentage stands at an impressive 90%. Abhik Das from Alipurduar’s Michael High School has secured the top position statewide.

Original mark sheets and certificates will be distributed to students starting from May 10th at their respective schools. The WBCHSE conducted the Class 12 board exams from February 16th to February 29th, 2024. Prior to this, the West Bengal Class 10 results were announced, with 86.13% of students passing the exams.
A total of 9,12,598 students appeared for the Class 12 exams, comprising 4,03,900 boys and 5,08,698 girls, out of which 7,64,252 students cleared the exams. The merit list for the West Bengal 10th board results included 57 students. Chandrachur Sen from Cooch Behar topped the list with an impressive score of 99%.
Last year, the pass percentage for WBCHSE HS Result 2023 was 89.25%, with a pass percentage of 81.26% for girls and 91.86% for boys. Additionally, the results for West Bengal Madrasa and HS Vocational exams have also been declared.
