The Grand Pavilion

The Grand Pavilion is a banquet hall in Chhatarpur Extension, South Delhi, and it is part of the FNP Venues collection. The property sits on eight acres, which works out to roughly 77,000 square feet of space for events. It is managed under the Pavilion by FNP Venues name and is used mainly for weddings and similar functions.

The venue has three distinct spaces: a closed banquet hall, an open lawn, and a foyer. The indoor banquet area and the foyer are air conditioned, so guests stay comfortable even in the warmer months. The layout is planned so that entry, stage, and halls flow well together. Families who want both covered and open-air areas for different rituals usually find this arrangement useful.

For wedding functions, the venue suits ceremonies like the reception, sangeet, and mehendi. Larger gatherings are also possible here, whether that is a big wedding or a corporate event. Guest capacity ranges from about 300 to 2,500 people, so a small engagement and a grand celebration can both be hosted. Because it sits between Delhi and Gurgaon, guests from both sides can reach it without too much trouble.

Food arrangements can be made through the in-house catering team, U Kitchen, which offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus. There is also a panel of external caterers that families can pick from if they prefer. The venue itself runs on a rental model, so catering is not part of the rental charge. Valet parking, décor, and entertainment are billed separately as well.

Parking is a strong point here. There is space for more than 600 cars, which helps when a large number of guests arrive. Facilities include restrooms, wheelchair accessible entrance, restroom, and parking, dining space, a trial room, and a bridal room. Payments can be made by card. The venue is open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM through the week.
