Discovery Montessori Usa

Discovery Montessori Usa is a child-centric preschool located at 8 Thiagarajapuram, Anna Salai, in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Founded in 2017 by T V Dhanapathi Foundations, the school provides an authentic Montessori approach for toddler and primary age groups ranging from 16 months to 6 years. The institution follows the vision of Dr. Maria Montessori, offering a multi-sensory curriculum that allows for individualized teaching so that children can learn at their own pace.

The campus comprises calm, spacious, and orderly indoor and outdoor spaces designed to facilitate freedom of movement and spontaneous choice of activity. The educational approach relies on scientifically designed Montessori materials of international quality standards, enabling children to learn through hands-on use and exploration. Faculty members at the school are certified by the Association Montessori Internationale, Netherlands (AMI), and focus on observing individual student interests and needs to foster self-confidence and independence.

The learning environment is structured to nurture the whole child by involving families, educators, and the community. By utilizing a child-centered model rather than traditional teacher-centered instruction, students are introduced to a broad range of concepts through individual and small-group lessons, helping them build a lifelong love of learning and respect for self and others.
