PayalkRefund and Cancellation Policy
This policy covers payments made to Payalk, such as the one time fee for the Verified badge.
Verified badge fee
The Verified badge is a one time payment of ₹199. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
When you get a full refund
If we cannot confirm your business, or the badge is not added to your listing within 7 days of payment, we refund the full amount.
When a refund is not available
Once the badge is live on your listing, the fee is not refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel a request any time before the badge goes live and get a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
