Geet Yoga and Fitness Academy

Located on College Road in Nashik, Geet Yoga and Fitness Academy was established in 2007 by Dr. Kajal Parag Patani to bring yoga to householders who work, raise children, and navigate daily life. The academy operates with a simplicity and sincerity outlook, aiming to help individuals lead happy, healthy, and balanced lives amidst worldly challenges. It functions as a life school where students learn not only physical practices but also values, discipline, responsibility, and how to maintain balance in mind, body, and spirit.

The studio offers various educational paths, including meditation, yoga asanas, pranayama, and 200-level, 300-level, and 500-level yoga teacher-training courses. Additionally, the academy provides yoga therapy, couples counseling, traditional scriptures, and ethics for everyday life. Through its programs, the academy engages with participants globally, focusing on personal transformation in habits, attitudes, and motivations alongside traditional yogic training.
