Geoyogic Training and Counselling Centre is located near SBI on Changachery Road in Karukachal, Changanasseri, Kottayam district, Kerala. The studio is guided by Yoga Master Sri Thomas .C.T Panayampala, a postgraduate who holds diplomas in counselling and yogic science from Calicut and M.G. universities. The master has a background in nature life and received education in North India and the Himalayas, having travelled there multiple times to learn meditation and pranayama techniques from Himalayan gurus and sadhus.
The studio provides yoga training, therapeutic yoga, pranayama, meditation, counselling and motivation, yogic and natural diet instructions, and Himalayan group trips every year. Additionally, the centre functions as an authorised dealer of ayurvedic and siddha medicines.
