KCI Emporium operates as a manufacturer, exporter, and retailer of traditional crafts and women's apparel based in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Established in the year 1987, the business functions as an export subsidiary of Shaw Sons, connecting shoppers with authentic regional workmanship. The enterprise features manufacturing units in different parts of India and employs a staff of 35 people.

The product range includes oriental carpets, rugs, cashmere, pashmina shawls, scarves, dresses, jamawars, silk embroidered jackets, chain stitch rugs, paper machie, home decor, furniture, and fashion accessories. The items are produced using semi-automatic and handmade methods, sourcing pure silk and cashmere from market agents. The operations are managed from the head office located at the KCI Building on Shalimar Road in the Ishbar area of Srinagar, alongside showroom presences in other major Indian cities.
