The enterprise evolved from an overnight migration and an initial small office into jewelry manufacturing and retail. The founders expanded operations into traditional kundan meena, colour stones, and diamond jewellery segments, establishing a large product mix within the city. Vertical integration in manufacturing assists in bringing down prices for end consumers.

The organization is directed by Prateek, Shilpa, Piyush, and Poonam Kothari, who blend cultural values with progressive thinking into the management. Alongside its primary retail and manufacturing operations, the group has branched into the real-estate and property market to secure a land bank for future development projects.
