Om and Now

Om and Now is a yoga studio situated at Polem Beach in Canacona, South Goa. Operating as a Yoga Alliance USA certified RYS 200 school, the studio conducts 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and immersive yoga retreats. The property features a sea-view shala and resort facilities designed for movement, restoration, and connection in a coastal setting.

The curriculum bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern functional anatomy, emphasizing individual attention, philosophical depth, and functional anatomy. The methodology covers the connection between asana, pranayama, and meditation to cultivate conscious teachers. Additionally, wellness leaders can host their own retreats at the venue.
