Om Ashram

Om Ashram operates as a yoga studio situated on Naddi Road near Dal Lake in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. Teaching yoga since 2002, the institution is a Yoga Alliance certified school that welcomes international students from over fifty countries. The ashram provides programs including a 200-hour yoga teacher training, yoga and meditation retreats, sound healing courses, and all-level reiki courses. Students and participants learn through experienced Indian yoga teachers while staying in peaceful Himalayan surroundings.

Facilities available at the ashram include clean private and shared rooms, 24/7 hot and cold water, unlimited purified drinking water, and free Wi-Fi. Residents receive organic satvik meals and participate in daily bhajan kirtan, pranayama, and meditation. Additionally, the location offers weekly Himalayan experiences such as trekking and sightseeing to nearby spots including the HPCA Cricket Stadium, Norbulingka Institute, Karmapa Monastery, Dharamshala Tea Gardens, Aghanjar Mahadev Temple, Triund Trek, and Guna Mata Temple Trek.
