Orane Salon Talwara

Orane Salon Talwara is located on Dam road near Kali Mata mandir in Talwara Township, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. The unisex beauty salon format operates on a Franchisee Owned, Franchisee Operated model requiring an 800 to 1000 square foot carpet space. The investment involves around twenty-five lakh rupees all-in, featuring a fixed annual royalty rather than a percentage of revenue.

The setup covers interior fit-outs, brand fees, furniture, opening products and consumables, salon equipment, inauguration and outer branding, as well as electronics, IT and software. The model requires an actively involved owner who manages operations according to company guidelines. Support spans pre-launch site selection, staff recruitment from the talent network, launch execution, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Financial projections indicate profitability by the second year and complete investment recovery by the third year. The application process includes an introduction meeting, franchise application, site selection, rent deed signing, franchise agreement, and work commencement leading up to inauguration.
