Rama School of Yoga

Rama School of Yoga is a Yoga Alliance registered school located beside the Arabian Sea in Varkala, Kerala, near Thiruvambadi Beach Road in Chirayinkeezhu. The studio was established with the objective to spread the knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Surrounded by water and the sound of sea waves, the location offers a peaceful environment for practice while remaining close to town for convenience.

The yoga studio provides individual attention to participants by keeping each batch limited to a maximum of 14 students. The instructional offerings include a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course, a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Course, and Yoga and Ayurveda Retreats lasting one or two weeks. The curriculum incorporates yoga, meditation, pranayama, ayurveda, and yoga therapy, guided by faculty members who focus on posture correction, alignment, and skill development.

Students who complete the training courses receive certification allowing registration with Yoga Alliance as certified instructors. The retreats are designed for individuals seeking a relaxed pace of life, combining various disciplines to support students through their learning process.
