Samyak Yoga

Samyak Yoga operates as a yoga studio and institute situated at Paschima Vahini Circle, Off Mysore-Bangalore Highway, Srirangapatna Taluk, Mandya District, Karnataka. Active since 2011, the institute offers intensive immersion residential and online yoga teacher training courses, including 100-hour yoga sadhana, 200-hour training, and 300-hour training programs. Instruction covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga, following the Gurukula system of education with traditional roots.

Founder-director Yogacharya Rakesh leads the training programs, guiding participants directly. The institute provides ashram accommodation featuring private and twin-sharing options, along with Ayurveda-based food systems as part of the curriculum. The team comprises yoga teachers trained traditionally at Veda Vijnana Gurukulam and Ayurveda doctors rooted in traditional Ayurveda medicine. Students learn at the ashram located on the outskirts of Mysore on the bank of the Cauvery River.

Participants receive a certificate upon completion and gain access to Samyak Kulam, a global space for alumni providing weekly classes, philosophy sessions, and preparatory resources. Accepted payment methods for services include cash.
