Small Steps Nursery and Kindergarten

Small Steps Nursery and Kindergarten, operated by Arshish Foundation, is situated at 73, Rameshwar Nagar, M.P Deore Marg, Gangapur Road, behind Canara Bank in Nashik, Maharashtra. The institution functions as a preschool and an open school, offering programs such as Playgroup, Nursery, and Kindergarten. The curriculum is rooted in the Indian context, providing a child-centred facilitation for learning from kindergarten up to 2nd grade, with plans to add higher grades.

The school focuses on holistic education that develops the mental, vital, and physical being of children, inspired by Tagore, Shri Aurobindo, J.K Krishna Mishtri, and Dr. Rudolf Steiner. The methodology aims to make learning a product of internal motivation rather than an eternally aided process. The campus features a child-safe area with proper safety measures and safe play equipment and toys for growth. The community consists of teachers and parents working together to foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills in students.
