Spanda Academy

Spanda Academy is located in Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, operating as a traditional Tantra Advaita school founded in India. The academy integrates tradition, body, consciousness, yoga, somatic embodiment, and neuroscience. Its focus transmits practices and knowledge from Himalayan traditions through an experienced, deep, and responsible approach.

The institution offers yoga and provides various programs such as professional trainings, personalized non-duality training, online courses, and retreats. Offerings include Spanda Embodiment sessions, courses on the tantric art of loving, and embodied human sessions. The academy emphasizes conscious spirituality, somatic embodiment to inhabit the body with presence, and integrated neuroscience.

Programs are structured to explore consciousness from the physical form, integrating ancestral wisdom to transform practice into a living experience. Offerings span different formats including multi-week intensives, online encounters, and shorter residential immersions. Through these structured paths, practitioners study the human form through the spine, respiration, nervous system, vital energy, and consciousness, cultivating mental clarity and deeper bodily connection.
