SPL Fitness Hub

SPL Fitness Hub operates as a gym located in Pioneer Green Vally, opposite Afzal Bakery, behind Vayusena Nagar in Nagpur. Established in Nagpur in 2015, the center focuses on CrossFit, which involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. These movements reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and rowing, designed to move large loads over long distances to maximize work output in short timeframes.

The gym provides trained trainers who work on member fitness and diets, alongside nutritional counseling. Certified trainers guide members to help achieve individual goals such as burning fat, toning, adding muscle, building strength, increasing flexibility, or improving cardiovascular health and stamina. The facility follows a training module utilizing infrastructure and delivery methodology to support member well-being.

SPL Fitness Hub remains open daily from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the morning. The organization works toward health results within particular times through dedicated training techniques and equipment.
