SPYSS Yoga Mandir

SPYSS Yoga Mandir is a yoga studio located at 1462, 6th Cross Road in Mysuru, Karnataka. Operating under Shri Pathanjali Yoga Shikshana Samiti, the organization traces its origins to a small yoga camp started in 1980 at Tumkur, Karnataka, and has since grown into a large network with branches across the world. The practice methodology follows late Padmavibhushan Dr B. K. S. Iyengar, with leadership from Chief Convener Shri A R Ramaswamyanna, blessings of late Shri RaghavendraSwamiji of Malladihalli, and mentoring from late Shri Ajit Kumar.

The studio focuses on the motto of Sanskara for value-based behavior, Sanghatane for identifying with a bigger cause, and Seve for service to humanity. Regular yoga classes are conducted by voluntary teachers who work without any remuneration. Through the medium of yoga, the studio addresses societal concerns such as health, moral education for children, youth mentoring, family counseling, cleanliness, stress-free living, work innovation, and spiritual training to support a healthy lifestyle and positive approach to life.
