Surfing Yogis operates as a team of global surfers and free thinkers aiming to place India on the world surfing map. Located in Puri, Odisha, the studio is India’s first of its kind, offering a distinct blend of surfing, Hatha yoga, and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding). The establishment pioneers the annual India Surf Festival on the Puri-Konark Marine Drive and conducts expeditions around the Indian coastline to explore new waves for both professional surfers and beginners.
Visitors can experience Yoga on Water (WoW), a signature practice combining Hatha yoga with SUP boards on the ocean and the Kushabhadra river to build balance and core strength. In addition to surf and SUP lessons for all skill levels, the location provides accommodation options including eco-friendly cottages, a Surfer’s Loft, Surf Shacks, and Tribe Tents.
