Yog Sanskar

Yog Sanskar is a yoga studio located at Professor Colony, Hanuman, in Nagpur, registered with the NGO Shree Guru Bahu Uddeshiya Shaikshanik va Vyaktimatva Vikas Sanstha. Founded by Mukul Guru, the institution provides treatment to people suffering from chronic illnesses or seeking to relieve the stress of daily lives. Mukul Guru serves as a Nauli yoga trainer at the facility.

The studio offers various therapies and treatments, including acupressure, sleep therapy, fasting therapy, herbal oil therapy, mud therapy, enema, immersion bath, abdominal pack, chest pack, and thermoleum. Programs and sessions address conditions such as nervous system and mental disorders, depression, varicose veins, and frozen shoulder. Yog Sanskar has also conducted corporate yoga and wellness programs across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, along with visiting faculty programs at locations such as NADT Nagpur, four universities, Ordnance Factory Nagpur, and railway staff training programmes.
