Yogada Ashram

Yogada Ashram is situated in village Shivpuri, Rishikesh, nestled amidst pure nature at the foothills of the Himalayas on the banks of the Ganga. Recognized by the Government of Uttarakhand as an AYUSH wellness village, the center offers Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher training courses along with various multiday yoga and wellness retreats.

Participants can choose from multiple programs including 33 hours, 66 hours, and 100 hours yoga courses, as well as 200 hours and 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Courses. The curriculum covers traditional yoga, meditation, philosophy, Kundalini yoga, sound healing, and Ayurveda. Additionally, the studio provides Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatments, including a 15-day Ayurvedic Panchakarma program, alongside yoga and Ayurveda retreats lasting 3 nights and 4 days or 6 nights and 7 days. Visitors can also experience yoga treks lasting 6 or 8 days in the Himalayan region near the source of the Ganga.

The residential modules include meals and are conducted in English. The 100 hours beginner course runs for 10 days and 9 nights priced at $888, the 200 hours beginner and intermediate course spans 21 days and 20 nights priced at $999, and the 300 hours intermediate and advanced course lasts 28 days and 27 nights priced at $1699.
