Om Yoga Ashram

Om Yoga Ashram is a yoga studio situated in Mcleod Ganj, Dharamshala, Chhawani, in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. Established in 2002, the institution functions as a Yoga Alliance certified school that welcomes international students from over fifty countries. The ashram provides a peaceful Himalayan environment for individuals seeking traditional practices and spiritual learning in the mountains.

The facility offers a variety of programs including a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher training focusing on yoga, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. Participants can also join yoga and meditation retreats, sound healing courses using Tibetan singing bowls, and all-level Reiki courses. Visitors are accommodated with clean private and shared rooms, 24/7 hot and cold water, unlimited purified drinking water, free Wi-Fi, and organic satvik meals.

In addition to the core courses, daily routines feature bhajan and kirtan, pranayama, and meditation sessions. The location also facilitates Himalayan trekking and sightseeing experiences such as visits to the HPCA Cricket Stadium, Norbulingka Institute, Karmapa Monastery, Dharamshala Tea Gardens, Aghanjar Mahadev Temple, Triund Trek, and Guna Mata Temple Trek.
