Yoga Nisarga

Yoga Nisarga operates as a yoga school in Pernem, North Goa, providing a range of certified programs and training sessions. The studio conducts 100-hour and 200-hour Yoga Alliance standard teacher training courses that span twenty-one days as a residential program. The curriculum covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting of mantras, mudras, human anatomy, yoga history and philosophy, alignments, and teaching techniques. Batch sizes are limited to ten to fifteen students to provide specific attention from instructors.

Students can also participate in yoga retreats and daily yoga classes. The facilities feature an open-air shala by the ocean and the provision of sattvic meals. The programs suit both beginners and advanced students who want to deepen their practice, learn teaching methodologies, or experience inner transformation through disciplined study and guidance from certified teachers originating from India.
