Lumŭma

Lumŭma is a holistic yoga studio and sanctuary situated on Tiruvambadi Road in Varkala, Chirayinkeezhu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Located close to the beaches, the village features eco-cottages built using ancient Vaastu techniques by the tribal people of Wayanad. The property includes an Ayurvedic garden with hammocks and a chemical-free pool, providing a natural setting for relaxation and inner connection.

Visitors can participate in daily yoga classes, 200-hour yoga teacher training programs, restorative yoga, sound healing sessions, and kirtan and cacao ceremonies. The studio also offers spaces to host private retreats. In addition to yoga, the village provides Ayurvedic care with experienced doctors and therapists, including Panchakarma treatments and Ayurvedic retreats.
